The Outset Programme

This is a really flexible, tailor made support programme designed to suit your needs – we never take a generic, one-size-fits-all approach! There will be women-only groups in all parts of the programme, as we know that works really well and is what women prefer, especially at the early stages. We’ll be bringing all the experience and resources of Enterprising Women to help you start-up and grow sustainable businesses in Plymouth.

And some of our workshops will be tailored especially for people over 50, for people with disabilities, and for ethnic minorities too.  At any stage you can receive 1:1 advice, support, mentoring and coaching from our enterprise advisors, and if it is more convenient, they will visit you at home or in your local community.

The Outset programme has three levels, each of which has different modules. Call us to arrange an initial 1:1session with one of our advisors to decide which workshop journey is going to be most effective for you.

Our business start-up programmes will also run whenever there is a group of 8-10 people in any given area, so you won’t have to wait months to get started!
