Single mum Fiona Crane, has always been passionate about life and the people around her. After realising her own personal problems, she discovered a life changing therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which effectively helped heal her own emotional problems. EFT gave her a sense of calm and well being, and she is keen to share its secrets with others in her new business venture entitled ‘The Blue Room’.
50-year-old Fiona Crane was one of Outset Plymouth’s first clients’ on programme when it was set up over seven months ago.
“I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop sessions at Outset Plymouth, especially the team spirit of working with other like minded people wanting to set up their own businesses. I recently gave a presentation at Outset Plymouth’s civic showcase to promote the Blue Room, but also to talk-up the fantastic ongoing support Outset Plymouth is still helping me with.”
The Blue Room promotes gentle solutions for emotional and physical challenges to resolving stress; increasing performance, strengthening relationships, and achieving better communication through the use of EFT.
EFT is a very gentle and relatively pain free therapy, used alongside other more traditional treatments.
“There are no drugs, hypnotherapy, or hours of talk therapy, and results can often become noticeable in just one or two sessions. I can offer private one-to-one sessions, telephone sessions, home visits, corporate workshops.”
Outset Plymouth has been funded by the ERDF Competitiveness and Employment programme which invests in activities that will have a long-term impact on the growth and develop of the local economy.
