Watering Can symbolising growth

Linda Hobbs Woman of the week

As a City and Guilds, NSPCC and HABC accredited centre we have a huge range of courses available, ranging from introductory level through to management level; half day courses to whole year programmes. Some are free, and others may have funding attached (subject to criteria).

We offer a programme of continuing professional development (CPD) activities to support the development of the children and young people’s workforce and to contribute towards ongoing quality improvements. We aim to ensure a robust, high quality measurable training programme, whilst keeping cost to a minimum.

Efficient, effective and productive training allow a team to improve the performance of people and drive forward the organisation. Whether you’re looking to develop yourself or others, improving skills, knowledge, confidence and competencies can open up many new opportunities and enable individuals to reach their potential, thus improve their performance.

We are dedicated to providing a high standard of training and consultancy that meets the personal and career objectives of all our Clients.

We have a wealth of experience of working with individuals who want to achieve personal and professional development in the workplace. Our approach to developing people begins with listening and understanding the needs of the individual and the employers.

Sometimes people, who attend training, associate them with boredom, frustration and a general waste of valuable time, we are different; our training courses focus on how to apply learning in practical ways through individual skills development. This we achieve by making our courses exciting, innovative, enjoyable and interactive.

Our Trainers and Consultants are professional people who are committed to Continual Professional Development to ensure that their skills, knowledge and qualification and understanding of workplace legislation and training are up to date to provide you with an excellent level of service.

Our aim is to present tailored training packages designed and delivered specifically to meet the requirements of individual organisations and their staff. We all know how important training is to remain up-to-date with new and changing legislation, procedures and to develop individuals and teams to reach their potential.

Research predicts that in the future there will be fewer jobs for people lacking essential skills and knowledge – meaning that skills are likely to become more and more important as time goes on.

This and our management team of consultants, skilled trainers and tailored training course materials makes us the perfect partner to help you to strengthen your work and future success.

All initial meetings to discuss organisational training needs and customised training programmes are FREE with no obligation.
