A HUSBAND and wife team have formed a company offering first aid, health and safety and security training.
Phill and Sharon Sanders formed PST Training after Mr Sanders was made redundant from his job at the employment and recruitment organisation Working Links, in Plymouth, in April.

SHARING SKILLS: Sharon Sanders and Phill Sanders launch their business, PST Training.
But he got the idea for his business from earlier careers.
“I used to work in the oil and security industries,” said Mr Sanders. “That’s where it stemmed from.
“Then I was a tutor and trainer with Working Links. I did their first aid training.”
PST delivers a range of courses that can be made into bespoke courses to suit different industries or firms, in Plymouth of further afield.
“We’re looking for customers,” said Mr Sanders. “We already have contracts with schools, for young persons’ first aid and martial arts first aid.
Mrs Sanders added: “It’s a legal requirement that (businesses) have to have at least one first aider.”
The company was set up after the couple approached start-up organisation Outset Plymouth where they received help with a business plan.
“Outset helped us greatly,” said Mr Sanders. “They gave us ideas and were never dismissive. They were always encouraging.”
