The Outset Plymouth Team

Christine Blackaller – Programme Director

Portrait Christine Blackaller Originally from Tyneside I moved to Plymouth in the early eighties and since then I have initiated and delivered five community projects within Plymouth, most of which focused on local identity. I have also project managed two innovative initiatives in the South West, both of which focused on self-employment and enterprise. From this, I developed and still manage a dedicated youth enterprise website for the under 25’s. Throughout my working career I have supported individuals to overcome barriers and help increase their motivation to take positive steps towards personal success. In my spare time I enjoy digital media, including photography, film editing and web design.

Stephanie Sinclaire – Enterprise Advisor

More recently I moved towards teaching adults and advice and guidance work, which brought me to Outset Plymouth as a customer before becoming a member of the team. I enjoy working with Outset as their values reflect my own, by supporting and empowering people to move forward in life.

Pete Lovett – Enterprise Advisor

Portrait Pete Lovett Pete has enjoyed an extensive and successful career in Sales and Marketing, including management roles in larger corporate organisations, as well as smaller ‘micro-businesses’. Alongside this, he also established a Management Training consultancy, winning some large corporate accounts for his company. A native of London and the South East, Pete and his family ‘escaped’ to Plymouth some 16 years ago, as he puts it: “for a better quality of life and to leave the stress of commuting around the M25!….”

After his family, Pete’s first love is for music – playing, that is… a keen guitarist, he was once a professional musician, playing sessions with many artists and bands, including a memorable afternoon with the band Slade! Pete’s philosophy is centred around making a positive difference in people’s lives, empowering and encouraging people to achieve their personal and professional goals.
